You need an account to generate memes; keep your credentials and API keys secure. Credits are prepaid or subscription-based, non-transferable, and consumed per generation as described on the pricing page. Don’t abuse the service: no attempts to circumvent limits, reverse-engineer the generation pipeline, or resell raw access.

You own the memes you generate and are responsible for them. You agree not to generate content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringing. We may suspend accounts that create legal exposure for others or for us.

Template imagery follows standard internet-meme conventions; rights information and usage guidance appear in our copyright guide. Report concerns via the contact page and we’ll act promptly.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Purchased credit packs never expire; subscription terms follow the billing period selected at purchase and can be cancelled effective at period end.

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim. These terms may change; material changes will be announced in-product.
